CHICAGO BEARS V. SAN DIEGO CHARGERS

I've spent 18 years of active duty service in the U.S.Air Force which has been most of my adult life. In that time, trips home to see family have been few and far between. My father and I have always been huge Chicago Bears fans and have never been able to see a game together. My father is getting up in age and my sons are leaving for college soon. It would be a dream come true to actually see a Bears game in Soldier Field for a father/son outing. I return home this September from AL Udeid, Qatar and it would be a thrill to see the biggest rivalry in all of football with the biggest Bears fans in the world. My wish would be me taking my aging father, whom I don't see that often, and sons to a bears game in Soldier Field. We're die hard fans through some pretty tough years. We've never been to Soldier Field.

Ohio State Buckeyes vs Penn State

Hello my name is SGT David Taylor. This is my second deployment. I have 30 days left and I am excited to get back home with my family. This is my first deployment as an NCO and from this year of experience I have seen it all and have done it all. My thoughts of my previous NCO's have changed. There was a lot expected of me from my soldiers on many situations out here. I have learned what it takes to be a team leader. I have been a huge fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes since I can remember. Born and Raised in Ohio, my father has brought me up as a Ohioian fan. NFL-Cleveland Browns, MLB-Cleveland Indians, NBA-Cleveland Cavs and for college of course all sports-Ohio State. However my parents split up when I was 3. My mothers boyfriend since then (21 years and going) is a huge Wisconsin fan. I really dont care to much for Wisconsin and it made it even worse when Ohio State would play them and I had to hear all the booing and shouting for Wisconsin. Lets just say I really don't care for my mothers boyfriend and it makes it worse that he is a Wisconsin fan. I have always wanted to see Ohio State play in person, . It just so happens the next game for Ohio State (when I re-deploy home) is against Wisconsin. That game has been a dream of mine to attend and my wish is to get 2 tickets to see Ohio State up close and personal, beat Wisconsin, October 29th 2011 in Columbus at the horseshoe. Thank you.

Packers Day with the Family!

I am an Oshkosh, WI reservist currently deployed to Afghanistan for my second overseas deployment/third mobilization in the last 6 years. I will be coming home on R&R in mid-November, and as a born and raised fan of The Pack, I wanted to bring my wife and son to a game. Fortunately, I will be home for the Packers-Vikings home game on November 14th, but unfortanately, the price of the tickets make it difficult to purchase the tickets.

Nascar AAA Texas 500 on 6 Nov 2011

My husband has been in Iraq for a year. He just got back June 9, 2011. It seems that every year we have an anniversary he has been deployed. My husband has been a Penske Racing fan for over 15 years. He was crushed when Rusty Wallace retired. My husband has every kind of memorabilia for Rusty Wallace. Now that Rusty Wallace has retired my husband’s favorite driver is Kurt Busch who drives for Penske Racing. I could never get him NASCAR tickets because he has always been deployed and he has been in the military for 17 years. If I could get two tickets to the NASCAR race on November 6, 2011, that would be beyond awesome. When Fred, my husband, came back from Iraq he was a little depressed. When he hit the states in Baltimore there was no reception for the troops that landed. In the airport nobody was there to even clap their hands for the troops or even pat the troops on the back. I could not even be there because I was sick. It has been really hard to cheer him up. Even though Fred is state side he is at Davis Monthan Airbase and I am at our next duty station at Sheppard Air force base, Texas. I would like to give him the gift of NASCAR tickets or $1250 towards the ticket package to cheer him up. Please can anyone help with this one wish? For all that helps you have my deepest gratitude. Thank you, Michelle Whitted

THE Green Bay Packers vs ATL Falcons or Carolina Panthers

I have always wanted to make my way to Lambeau Field and watch my Super Bowl Champ Packers play. However, I live in South Carolina and as amazing as that trip would be, it would not be financially smart for me. So, the Packers will be coming very close to me and visiting both Atlanta and Charlotte to play the Falcons and Panthers. It would be amazing if I could watch my Champion Packers play either the Falcons or the Panthers. I have always wanted the opportunity to see the Packers up close. As a University of Southern Cal fan, and a linebacker in h.s. and college, being able to possibly meet and see Clay Matthews play and crush opposing QB's is a dream come true.

4 day Hop Pass to Disney World - Florida

I am hoping for a trip to Disney World with my family. I am currently deployed in Kandahar, Afghanistan, and I took this deployment to be able to help my mother who has MS. I have not been able to take my family on a descent vacation at all. My wish is to just take my family on a nice 4 day vacation to Florida where we can enjoy one another.

Concert Wish- Kenny Chesney & Zac Brown Band

I am a huge fan of Kenny Chesney and Zac Brown Band. They are holding a concert in Dallas Texas in April. Zac Brown Band came to Iraq while I was here, but I had mission and couldn't get to the base to see them. I have wanted to see Kenny Chesney since I was like 15.

NCAA Men's Final Four

Hello, my name is Marcos Gonzalez and I have been in the Army National Guard for nine years. I have been married for six years to my beautiful wife Jennifer and we have two beautiful children Hannah and Isaac (who are two year old twins). I was recently sent back home from my second tour of duty due to preexisting medical problems with my lungs. Ninety days before I was mobilized (13 July 2011), I had my third spontaneous pneumothorax (lung collapse) of the left lung in the past two years. It took medical evaluators seventeen days to find in the Army Medical Regulation whether I was deployable or not. I volunteered for this last deployment and I was looking forward to the opportunity to serve again overseas. This would have been a stable income for my family and I and we were hoping to do some wonderful things with what we would have saved up with our excess funds. I have had lung problems since coming back home from my first mobilization to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003-04. It is very likely that I was exposed to unknown airborne organisms and agents that have weakened my lungs. Currently, because of my recurrent problem, I am up for medical discharge and I have to go before a Medical Evaluation Board to see if I will be retained or medically discharged. My plan while I was overseas was to take my leave time during the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament because it has always been a dream of mine to attend a strip of games from the tournament. Since I was sent home, and my family and I have had a hard time financially since being home there would be no way I would be able to go with our own funds. My wish is to be able to attend the 2011 NCAA Men’s Basketball Final Four in Houston on April 2 & 4th, 2011. My wish is to be able to sit as close to the floor on the lower level as possible, and have two full strips for my wife and I to attend. This is my most favorite sporting event, and I have always dreamed of attending the NCAA Tournament. I hope you are able to fulfill my wish.
